Milk test Antibiotics MT

Antibiotic test for milk

The Milk Test MT is a very sensitive microbial inhibitor test for antibiotics in milk. This concerns MRL relevant antibiotics such as Beta-Lactam, Tetracycline, Macrolide, Aminoglycoside, Sulfonamide, Trimethoprim and others. The test kits are designed to perform individual antimicrobial tests. Milk test MT kits contain 25 vials per box and special pipettes for accurately taking the milk sample of 100μl of milk. Each reaction vial is separate and can be used for a single test.

The Milk Test MT is suitable for testing on cow’s milk; including raw milk, pasteurized milk and milk powder.

Application

Carefully cut out the required number of test vials. Remove the foil on each test vial so that the sample can enter through the pipette. Add 100µl of milk to each test vial. Ensure that a new pipette is used for each sample. Incubate the test vials in a heated incubator or in a water bath at 65°C +/- 0.5°C. Incubate the test for 3 hours. Read the result from the color of the side and bottom of the test vials by comparing with the color chart. Traditional antibiotic test for milk.
