Test procedure
Bring all materials used to room temperature.
Remove the test cassette from the packaging.
Shake the test tube, remove the white protective cap and break off the pin
Press the tube lightly and apply 4 drops of liquid to each test eye
Test evaluation
The test result should be read after 5 to 10 minutes. Do not read the results after 20 minutes.
Positive results
A red line becomes visible at both C and T (the test cassette in the image therefore has a positive result for both Rota and E. Coli). If an unclear line appears, the test is still positive. The pathogen has been identified. Negative result Only the control line (C) appears on the membranes. No test line (T) is visible.
