Relaxboard
Description
What you see at many milk cattle companies is that cows get dirty because they are lain to far to the front of the box. To keep it free of dirt, the box needs to be cleaned very often. Because these cows lie to much to the front of the box it's hard for them to get up according to a natural way. So far the solutions were not very animal friendly: a diagonally board sticking out or a metal tube. These solutions aren't very practical either because the sawdust sticks behind it.
To solve this problem Agriprom Stalmatten bv has developed a new box limitator, named "RelaXBoard". The RelaXBoard is unique because of here friendly bowed shapes and the closed ends. The shanting front ending makes it possible to simply wipe the sawdust over the barrier. The synthetic RelaXBoard makes sure the cows won't lie to far to the front and make the box dirty. They will have less problems getting up too. The RelaXBoard is produced with HDPE (High Denisity Poly Ehyleen). This material is very solid, resists high temperature swings and doesn't age. The RelaXBoard can be applied in combination with all box covers: rubber mats, cowmatrasses, but also in combination with sawdust, straw or sand covers.
